Pricing below is an approximate and may vary depending on property type and other project considerations. All furnishing and floors will be covered and protected. More advance cracks will receive an application of fiberglass of joint tape. Upon completion, left over paint will be labeled and left at the job site. Hardware to be removed and re-installed. . Includes curtain rods, window latches, switch plates and cover plates. Door knobs, thermostats, alarm system hardware will not be removed.
